Our class started reading Mr. Popper penguins a month ago and so far it's pretty good! I placed my name in the middle between natural habitat and captivity. Right now I am not sure if Captain Cook should be in Mr. Popper's kitchen or in his natural habitat. In Mr.Popper when he got the Penguins he was pretty surprised. But, then after a few days he got used to them. I almost forgot to say that in our class we have a board that has the tug-of-war in the hall and both classes we are reading the books. I am really excited to see what happens next!!
Maren do you think that if both Mr. Popper and the penguins get too used to each other, they might forget what benefits their natural habitat provides?
