I haven't changed my thinking since last time. I still think the Penguins should go back to their natural habitat because Mr. Popper got sent to jail and the penguins went with him. Now the penguins are getting sick. To get out he has to pay one thousand seven hundred dollars. Right now Admiral Drake is visiting his jail cell.
