Mr. Penguin

Easy Blog Photo
I chose natural habitat because if penguins live in the city, they are more likely to get hit by cars. Where they live, in the Arctic region, they would be less likely to get hit by a car. Earlier in the book, Captain Cook was getting sick because he didn't have a penguin friend. This pulls me more toward natural habitat because they would live with their family in the Arctic.

  1. I wonder why Mr. Popper was sick without a penguin? I'm thinking a natural habitat might be good for people too.

  2. I'm wondering if there are other reasons that it might be bad for a penguin to live in the city, besides being hit by a car?

  3. I agree with Mia... Trying to force fit something where it does not belong seems like a great way to leave everyone unhappy.
